Return and Cancellation Policy

1 General Policy

At System Next IT, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our services, we have specific refund policies depending on the service provided. We aim to be transparent about when and how refunds are issued.

2 Website Development & Software Services

• Refunds are not applicable once the project scope has been finalized and work has commenced.
• If a cancellation request is made before the work starts, a partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative and processing fees.
• No refunds will be issued after project completion and delivery.

3 Domain & Hosting Services

• Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable as they are processed immediately with the registrar.
• Hosting services can be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a partial refund. After this period, no refunds will be provided.
• If a hosting service is terminated due to a policy violation, no refund will be issued.

4 Digital Marketing Services

• Due to the ongoing nature of digital marketing work, refunds are not available once a campaign has started.
• If the service is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued based on administrative costs.

5 Subscription-Based Services

• Monthly or yearly subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.
• If a customer wishes to discontinue a service, they must request cancellation before the next billing cycle begins.
